Cutter Beach House
The Cutter residence is a bold and well-thought-out modern beach house, owing its remarkable design to Shaun Lockyer Architects. Located on North Stradbroke Island’s pristine coastline the house boasts construction materials that compliment the area’s natural beauty, with the aim of integrating the home into the neighbouring environment.
Planning of the structure incorporated a series of smaller areas that have been designed around a common external courtyard room which serves as a congregation place for the home’s occupants. Large spanning timber doors and windows enhance the natural feel of this home, and help create an immersive living experience with the surroundings.
